Just as important - your positive, "can do" attitude has been greatly appreciated.

We need to thank you for jumping into the arena and going 15 rounds for us. In my view, YOU are the one who has forced the progress we have to date, and that's a whole lot of progress. The San Diego American Red Cross got to where they are today because you kept them on plan and also because of your day to day poking, prodding, guiding, suggesting, and "making it happen".
